(More customer reviews)So far I've only used it to make sweet potato chips, but it's been VERY easy to use, and works great. It slices effortlessly, and the hand guard let's you get down to the very last bit. I don't know if it's the sweet potatoes or the material the slicer is made out of, but it does stain fairly easily. Other than that, it's perfect.
